The private entity that has provided Absecon with EMS services for the past 15 years has just notified the city that they will be closing their business and ceasing all services to Absecon. Once notified, the City immediately took action to ensure a high standard of EMS services will continue while a long term solution is implemented. As you are aware, Galloway Twp. currently provides Absecon with dispatch services. Galloway Twp. EMS was notified and will provide Absecon residents with EMS services starting next week.
