Community Affairs Book and Puzzle Swap
Absecon Community Affairs will be hosting a free summer book and puzzle swap on Tuesday, July 26th from 4-6 PM at the Absecon American Legion Post #28. Residents are invited to trade books they're finished with for "new" titles being swapped by friends and neighbors. Accepting books from your adult chapter books through adult novels and best sellers, as well as puzzles. No children's books or reference books please. Everyone who swaps at least one book will be entered in a drawing for a $25 Roman's Pizza House gift certificate.

American Legion Collecting School Supplies for Local Students
Absecon's American Legion Auxiliary Unit #28 is collecting school supplies for local students. Drop off locations include the Absecon City Hall lobby, Legion Post on Wednesday evenings (6 pm til 9 pm), and at the Concerts in the Park event on Sunday nights at the concession stand.

Christmas in July - Movie Night in the Park
Calling all Grinch Lovers, Christmas in July is back in Absecon, join us July 8th at 7:30 PM at Heritage Park for our 2nd annual Christmas in July Movie Night in the park featuring "The Grinch". As always this event is free but we ask that you consider bringing a brand new unwrapped toy to donate to our 2022 Absecon Police Christmas Toy Drive. Hope to see you there!
